Monika SeredayOperations Manager/Assistant to Os Hillman Monika joined Marketplace Leaders in February 2008. Monika was born and raised in upstate New York. She moved to Connecticut in 1986 where she worked for Housatonic Cable Vision as a dispatcher managing 16 towns before she moved to Georgia with her husband Bob. Monika has a passion for people and enjoys meeting the needs of our Marketplace Leaders subscribers. Monika provides personal assistance to Os Hillman and enjoys working with the wonderfully talented staff here at Marketplace Leaders. Monika has been blessed to be married to Bob Sereday since 1988 and they have two incredible boys Robert and Hunter. They have resided in Cumming, Ga since 1993. When Monika is not working she enjoys being a Soccer Mom, spending time with her sons and keeping a cozy home for her family. Monika is an active member of Creekside UMC Church, where she currently serves on the Trustees Committee. |

Karen K. WalshResource Manager Karen joined Marketplace Leaders in May 2006. She has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a law degree from Georgetown University. A recovering attorney since 2001, Karen worked at Perimeter Church and Free Chapel before taking her current position. She manages all aspects of the TGIF Bookstore and also manages resource information on our other websites and the TGIF Devotional. Karen has been married to James Walsh since August 2003. When not at work, she enjoys performing in musicals throughout the Atlanta area and singing at Free Chapel. |

Charis Hillman BrownMarketing & TGIF Co-Brand Program Charis is Os’ daughter and joined Marketplace Leaders in January 2008. Charis has her two-year degree in Psychology and attended Christian City Church’s School of Christian Life and Leadership full-time for two years. Having worked in Management at Nordstrom department stores, Charis has a passion for technology, marketing, and customer service. Charis provides technical support for the TGIF Co-Brand program, handles all marketing and social media, and writes TGIF NextGen devotional emails, which go out twice a week. Charis just got married in April, and in her spare time she enjoys reading, serving on the worship team at Christian City Church with her husband Justin, and playing guitar. Charis and Justin have a black cat named Mick Jagger. |

Kim BacastowAccounting & Donations Kim joined Marketplace Leaders Ministries in January, 2010 and serves as the organization’s accountant. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. Kim is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. She and her husband, Steve, have two children and have lived in Cumming, Georgia since 1996. Kim is past Treasurer and a member of the Sawnee Woman’s Club, a local service organization that provides volunteers for many community charitable programs. She is currently Treasurer of the Forsyth Central High School drama booster club and leads a 5th grade girls small group at Brownsbridge Community Church. Her interests include her children’s sporting and theater activities, cooking, sewing, music, and art.
