Moving in God’s timing is never easy. But, the lessons learned during this waiting process are transformational. My first lesson was all about the extent of my unbelief. I was living in fear of losing my job based on deep conflict with my boss.
I realized fear was not part of true faith. I came to a point of understanding that God is in charge and all of my fear lifted like losing heavy weights. I am thankful for the dire circumstances I went through because I learned God is bigger than my problems.

This is such a great word!!! Doing business God's way is different than what we are taught in business school! That is why believers who are business owners need to come together to learn how to run a business with God in the driver seat!!

God's timing is always perfect. Thank you for your entry in today's devotional. I am grieving over the tragic loss of my dear 11 year old Grandson who perished with his Nanny, my two nieces (22 & 25 yrs old) and another family member on Dec. 17 2011 in a flash flood in the Philippines. It deeply hurts and whilst I try to reach out to God in the midst of this adversity, there are times when doubts are overwhelming, questions are mounting, pain can be unbearable, I feel we're being punished by God. My daughter (his mother) is devastated as well. There are lots of other families out there that are in the same situation as ours. When adversity happen to God's children, it puts us to a test. Mine is overwhelming I sometimes struggle with doubts about the God I serve because this loss tore my heart to many pieces, including my family. Today's devotional gave me a bit of spiritual lift. I hope to read some more of God's words to strengthen me at this time.
